Polycystic ovaries disorder, also known as polycystic ovaries syndrome is a rising condition among many young girls of child baring age. Whilst the underlying  cause of this condition has not yet been found, it is most likely that it occurs due to the unbalanced lifestyle and hormones. PCOD is the occurrence of ovarian cysts in the women’s ovaries that creates an imbalance in their hormones. 1) Be active – brisk walk at least 30 mins a day
2) Eat healthy food, avoid processed and sugary foods
3) Not just your body, your mind needs exercise too.

Relax your mind through yoga or meditation regularly. These simple steps go a long way in healing you body and mind, if practiced regularly. Without enough knowledge, people tend to look towards external medications for answers.
